Other Services
When can I have a postnatal massage?
You can typically begin postnatal massage a few days after a natural delivery, as long as you feel comfortable. For the best experience, many mothers start within the first few weeks after birth.
Is postnatal massage safe after a C-section?
Yes, but it’s important to wait until your doctor gives approval—usually around 6–8 weeks after a C-section. Once healed, massage can gently support recovery, improve circulation, and reduce tension.
How soon after delivery can I start?
For natural births, you may start as early as within the first week, depending on how you feel. Every recovery is different, so listening to your body and consulting your doctor is always recommended.
How long is a postnatal massage session?
Sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes, allowing enough time to fully relax while addressing areas of tension and discomfort.
